A Note on Handmade and Care Instructions
All items are handmade. Slight variances (color, proportion, etc.) and imperfections are normal and to be expected from piece to piece.Â
While polymer clay is durable and strong, it is best to store pieces carefully and away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with chemicals, lotions, perfumes, and water. Under no circumstances should you attempt to bend your pieces as it could result in breakage. Strength tests are carried out by Knitting En Route LLC to ensure a proper cure.Â
All findings should be treated with care as they are designed for light use.Â
Safety Warning
Many of the products available are small and/or contain small parts and should never be given to young children due to being a potential choking hazard.
Returns and Exchanges
Knitting En Route LLC does not accept returns or exchanges. It will always be a priority to represent our products as accurately as possible so the customer can make an informed decision when purchasing.
If an item arrives damaged not caused by the shipping carrier, please email knittingenroute@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of receipt so we can discuss a solution.Â
Shipping Policy
Knitting En Route LLC is not liable for packages once they are received by the carrier. All packages are shipped via USPS. Once packages have been picked up by USPS, Knitting En Route LLC is not responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged packages. Should any shipping issues occur in transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to communicate with the shipping carrier and seek resolution. Refunds / replacements will not be issued for lost or damaged packages resulting from the shipping carrier.
However, should the customer like to re-purchase their lost or damaged order please email knittingenroute@gmail.com and we will see if the item(s) can be remade and do our best to make it right.Â
If multiple orders are placed to the same address we will combine the orders to the best of our ability, but no refunds will be issued for shipping overages resulting from combined orders. Please keep that in mind before placing multiple orders at once.Â
International customers are responsible for any fee incurred upon delivery of their package.Â
In-Stock and Preorder Shipping Timelines
In-stock orders typically ship within 5-7 business days of order receipt and Preorder fulfillment timelines are announced at the close of each Preorder. All Preorder fulfillment timelines are an estimate and subject to change.
